Thankful for my life.

Once again while at work, I'm reminded of everything that I am thankful for that most of us take for granted. Even with all of my complications before and after having Jack, I am so thankful it went as well as it did. Taking care of pregnant patients shows me how much can go wrong and it usually happens to the nicest people. Some of our patients wait their whole lives to have a baby and become too sick to carry that baby to term, sometimes not even long enough for the baby to make it. Every time I see it, it reminds me all that I have to be thankful for. Jack is a big, healthy boy and I don't know what I'd do if anything ever happened to him.
